General usage notes for Golden Bible maps, location, bundled Scripture texts, study content, and support.

Purpose

Golden Bible combines Bible reading, chronological story paths, an atlas, search, and local biblical knowledge-graph connections. The app is intended for personal reading, study, and contemplation.

Offline-first design

Core Scripture text, atlas entities, events, places, themes, search indexes, and story content are bundled in the app. Apple MapKit map tiles and Apple system services may require network access.

Location and maps

Biblical place coordinates, routes, distances, and compass direction are approximate and devotional/contextual, not a statement of religious obligation or a guarantee of archaeological precision.

Content and licenses

The app includes WEBU under CC0-1.0/Public Domain and PorBLivre under Creative Commons Attribution 3.0 Brazil, with attribution shown in the app. Narrative and study content is app-curated from the bundled biblical source material and supporting local metadata.

Golden Bible is independent and is not affiliated with Apple, eBible.org, scrollmapper, a church, denomination, or official Bible publisher.
